1996 - Patrick ripped out the old wood shop in the farmhouse to build the pretzel bakery
In 1996, Patrick, together with his brother Gary and best buddy John Ayers, built the bakery into the back of the old Keene Farmhouse.
Patrick's bakery is all new construction and state of the art. It's light and airy and a wonderful space to spend a day - or a night!
The bake days start early each morning - Monday through Saturday (often on Sunday, as well). It’s a wonderfully peaceful, reflective, thought-provoking and productive discipline.
