The Heady Twister Pretzel 

Many, many years ago (like almost 20!), Patrick worked on his first "spent grain/mash" pretzel with Alan Newman (founder of Magic Hat Brewery).  Patrick currently makes a "Heady Twister" pretzel (available each week at the Burlington Summer Farmer's Market) from the spent mash/grains from The Alchemist's Heady Topper.
